If you are looking for a well cared for, quiet site away from all the hustle & bustle with peaceful surroundings full of wildlife then look no further.
Main Lake – All pitches situated around the main lake are hard standing, large & level. They have 16 amp electric hook up, light and their own tap. Grey water can drain away.
Nursery Lake – The grass pitches are situated around the nursery lake. They too have their own tap & 16 amp electric bollard with light. Grey water needs to be collected.
We have two pitches around the nursery lake that are hardstanding (gravel). Complete with the same EHU & personal tap. Grey water needs to be collected.
No charges for Awnings or Dogs.
For hard standing pitches which are gravel you will require rock pegs for your awnings. We do not accept tents of any type, trailer tents or folding caravans with canvas sides.
TENTS FOR TOILETS OR SHOWERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Awnings must NOT exceed 3.5m width & must be attached to your unit. GAZEBOS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Well behaved Dogs are welcome free of charge (Please note we do Not accept dogs on the dangerous dog list or full or part breed of Staffordshire Bull Terriers. This is due to 4 separate upsetting incidents that have happened on our site, involving our chickens & ducks). They MUST be kept on a lead (2m Maximum) at all times, and owners must clean up after them. Please note if you have a dog fence your dog still needs to be tethered behind it. We are very strict on these policies. Please inform us of how many dogs you have prior to booking. We now have a dog exercise area where you can exercise your dog(s) off lead (one customer at a time).
You must advise us in advance of any Adult day visitors you may have. There is a charge (regardless of time spent on site) from 11am and they must leave the site by 5pm. They are NOT allowed to day fish.
We do not allow extra guests for overnight stays (Maximum 2 adults per unit).
Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Please note deposits are not refundable or transferable. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. If booking within 2 weeks of arrival payment in full is required. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not refundable. Arrival time is strictly between 12 noon & 6pm. Departure is by 11am.
We are an adult site only – Sorry NO children allowed. NO BALL GAMES are allowed & this must be strictly adhered to.
For the comfort of all our customers we do not allow drones or any other flying toys.
Our Heated High Spec toilet/shower block has 2 x toilets, 2 x showers & 2 x Hand wash basins, in both the Ladies & the Men’s section.
We also have an enclosed washing up area with a freestanding double drainer sink unit & worktop. For our four legged guests we have an enclosed dog shower with ramp for easy access for larger dogs. The water temperature is set to lukewarm which is the perfect temperature for dogs.
We do ask for no noise after 10pm or any movement of vehicles for everyone’s comfort. We have in place a barrier system that will not operate between 10pm and 7am. So if you arrive back late at night we ask that you park your vehicle near our house, and walk around quietly so no one is disturbed.
Please note we do not allow flashing/lit flag poles. We do not have children on site and are not that big a site that you can’t find your unit, so we don’t see the need.
The charging of vehicles is NOT allowed from you caravan hook up point (we do have an onsite charging point for vehicles that is chargable).
We reserve the right to ask any guest/s to leave our premises with immediate effect without a refund if we find them offensive/disruptive in any manner to us or other guests.
